The roof of James Loeb’s country villa in the grounds of Hochried Clinic in Murnau had been a cause for concern for a long time.
The Katholische Jugendfürsorge der Diözese Augsburg, as the provider of the clinic, together with the clinic management and the Office for the Preservation of Historic Monuments in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, initiated the renovation, with the advice of the architects’ office Weishaupt, under the ownership of Michael Kaufmann.
The complicated project began in the spring of 2016 and was completed by the autumn of 2016, before the onset of winter.
The James Loeb Gesellschaft e. V., whose aim is to maintain the villa, is grateful to the Katholische Jugendfürsorge der Diözese Augsburg e. V. and the clinic management for supporting this major project.
Herzlichen Dank an die Fa. Schilcher GmbH, die uns freundlicherweise die Luftaufnahmen zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
